Northland Management & Construction owner Jeff Johnson has his MBA from Oklahoma City University and earned his Bachelor’s degree from William Jewell College in Liberty, MO. Jeff and his wife, Courtney, have two children and are residents of The National in Parkville, MO.

As a licensed realtor, Jeff is very familiar with the market and highly qualified to offer a unique perspective on any new home or remodel project. He brings his passion for helping people love their homes to work with him every day! Jeff has a keen sense of value, design and quality, making his projects stand apart from the crowd.

Originally from Chillicothe, MO, Courtney moved to the Kansas City area after earning her Bachelor's degree from William Jewell College and a Master's at UMKC. Courtney has two children with her husband, Jeff, and is a resident of Parkville, MO.

After spending 11 years teaching and working as a school counselor, Courtney decided to devote her time to taking care of her family, both at home and in the family business.  At NMC, Courtney works in a support role, managing the office, operating as book-keeper, and helping with design as often as possible!  She is incredibly proud of working with her family at NMC.

Originally from Central Missouri, Jon received his Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College in Columbia, MO. He and his wife, Tonya, have six children and currently call Gladstone home.

Jon has been involved in most parts of the construction industry over the last 10+ years. From framing to roofing and most trades in-between, there isn’t much he hasn’t tried to do at least once. He joined the Northland Management & Construction team in March of 2015 and has worked to keep homeowners impressed with NMC ever since. He looks forward to guiding many families through the home building experience in the years to come.

Originally from southwest Kansas, Luke moved to Kansas City in 2017 after attending classes at Kansas State University and currently lives with his wife Megan and their Daughter in north Kansas City.

From Foundation Repair to Roofing, Luke has experience working in almost every part of any home and has several years of customer service experience under his belt as well. Luke joined the NMC team in the Spring of 2023 and is passionate about working with people to create their dream home or turn their current home into their dream home.  When not working, Luke spends his time watching sports (especially the Chiefs and Wildcats), playing sports with friends, volunteering with his church, exploring nature, and working on different hobby projects.
